 In order to facilitate organization's procurement needs we offer two modes, namely:

  • Agency Procurement: Being the predominant practice in developing countries we act as intermediary buyers for the suppliers and intermediary sellers for the ultimate customer thus interfacing between them incognito. Accordingly we earn a modest spread in return for the risks we assume for acting as the trading agents.
  • Direct Procurement: If you would prefer to have the ultimate supplier directly made party to the your procurement contract, we would be glad to assist you. We are staffed with experienced resources to cater the following needs in respect of your direct procurement management:

    Taks Management and Secondment Arrangements

     

    Depending on organizaitonal needs our clients can choose either of the two arrangements for availing our Outsourcing services, namely, Task Management and Secondment. 

     

    Whereas Task Management is a specified set of tasks articulately reduced in to a set of ToR in the Service Level Agreement, Secondment, by its nature, is an open ended arrangement wherein we assign or "second" full time staff on to the location of the client to take charge of the affairs related to the service(s) in question.

     

    Our Outsourcing services, whether by way of Task Management or Secondment, are subject to our policy on allowed services.
